Return and Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation and Refunds:

• If you change your mind about a purchase made on this Website, you may request cancellation of the purchase or a refund to the account used for payment within 14 days of the payment date, provided that you have not downloaded the purchased files.
• A purchased item that has already been downloaded cannot be returned or refunded, unless the file has technical defects that prevent it from being used.

Refund Policy:

1. To request a refund, please email info@tatianavlasova.com, stating the reason for the refund and your order number.
2. Refunds will be processed within a few days of approval by a customer support representative. In some cases, processing may take longer, but no more than 10 business days.
